In Whale to Look, a bay full of majestic whales and orcas, once a peaceful whale-watching spot, is now flooded with tour companies. The whales, however, remain elusive—appearing at times, and disappearing at others.
 
As a tour company, you must strategically decide where to send your boat. Hesitate too long, and a rival company might beat you to the spot. But if your own efforts fall short, sometimes it’s worth trailing a rival to find success!
